They never call for urgent referral then bold face lie about status. The worst facility I have been forced to deal with in many years. If you value your health/life don't waste your time with these people. They do not care about you or your wellbeing.
I have been there several times and the care is exceptional! I have never met a disagreeable person from the Doctor all the way to the person who cleans room. If you gotta be sick BSW is the place to be!.The very best!!
The doctor I saw was great. The nurse on the other hand shouldn't even be working with people at all.
The staff seems very knowledgeable. Caring people. Clean place, and a good parking area.
