First of all, it takes forever to reach a single person with their horrific automated voice system (where most of the commands don't even work!). Second, even when you do get a hold of someone, you'll likely receive the slowest service known to man. And third, despite taking ages, they'll still send you to the wrong specialist who doesn't even take your insurance. This clinic has left me bouncing back and forth between them and the other party multiple times, and it's always been this clinic making a mistake. These are consistent problems I had with the clinic. However, that being said, the doctors are skilled and do their best to help. The management simply makes it an exhausting experience when you're already sick and don't want to be there.

My husband is scheduled to have his surgery, all what is needed is the clearance from this clinic. His surgeon's clinic is calling half a dozen times but only voicemail and never returns calls. I went there personally to get the clearance, the secretary said we will take care of it. The day of surgery comes, No CLEARANCEll!!! They have to cancel the sx. How incompetent!!!! My husband have been coming here 2 yrs . but not once he had met Dr. Salman Aly. Ms Aisha, NP is always the one seeing the patients. After this bad day's experience, it's time to see another PCP who sees their patients personally....

Dr. Salman Aly provided exceptional care for my mother until her passing. He continues to serve as my father's physician. However, reaching his office by phone remains challenging, a situation unchanged for six years. While previously, Lorrena's prompt responses and dedication to patients mitigated this issue, the current difficulty in contacting the office necessitates in-person visits. Despite this access challenge, Dr. Aly's medical expertise remains outstanding. Dr. Salman Aly and Dr. Amy Ghandi are exceptional physicians; their compassion and attentiveness to patients, including my father, are truly remarkable. Their dedication and commitment to patient care are unparalleled, exceeding expectations consistently. Their affiliations with St. Luke's and Methodist hospitals further enhance their accessibility for patients. While the clinic's operational efficiency could be improved, the exceptional care provided by Drs. Aly and Ghandi is the sole reason for our continued patronage. I greatly appreciate the contributions of his previous personal assistant, who provided exceptional support. Freddie, our phlebotomist, also consistently delivers outstanding performance. He has consistently demonstrated kindness, patience, and unwavering support over many years.

I am a telephonic nurse care manger and just got off the phone with Alexis. If I could rate her service higher, I would! I call patients & doctors offices every day. Most days I myself get frustrated with how staff handles calls (not to mention how my patients feel), but ALEXIS was perfect. Kuddos to having a cheerful, respectful, organizer and great person on your team !
