I would like to thank Precision Cardiology Diagnostics for their commitment to patient care and outstanding service. They are timely and, most importantly, professional. The cardiac ultrasound which we commonly use at our facility is PCD. There has never been an incident in which they have not exceeded our expectations. They are prompt, courteous, and display a proficiency in ultrasound, unlike other ultrasound techs, which include and are not limited to all other ultrasonography and sonography. There have been many instances in which other groups have not provided such incredible service to the patient while making the patient comfortable and not intruded upon. I would like to provide an example. There was a patient that presented to our facility with chest pain. Patient had substantial risk factors for cardiovascular disease yet had not seen a physician in many years despite his pathology. He was seen in the Emergency Department by the provider and had an EKG performed, which demonstrated abnormalities that could be confirmed by an echo (for instance, a laboratory value demonstrating possible heart failure that would be best confirmed by an echocardiogram in order to establish the area of dysfunction and degree of severity). A tech from PCD was at the hospital within twenty minutes, and a diagnosis was made that required immediate cardiology evaluation and intervention. This would not be as quickly determined by any other group other than Precision Cardiology Diagnostics. PCD is an example of the quality of service provided and group is the zenith of proficiency efficiency.
