Dr. Umar is hands down the best doctor I've ever had. From the very first visit, he took the time to really listen, understand my concerns, and explain everything clearly. He's incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough in his care. Whether it's a routine check-up or a more complex issue, I always feel confident and well taken care of under his guidance.
The office is well-run, and his staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient. Scheduling is easy, and wait times are minimal, which is a big plus. I never feel rushed during appointments--Dr. Umar makes sure all my questions are answered and that I feel comfortable with the treatment plan.

I do not recommend this doctor at all, here's why. 1, the first time we came, my mom was having extreme head pain, and we had arrived 15 minutes before appointment time, 1:30, and he didn't take us until 2:50. that too with me going up to the receptionists to ask if they could take her faster. After that, he leaves you waiting in the room for an extra hour. Then, doesn't assess your health correctly, not professional, and keeps sending people for lab work and doesn't do anything else. He doesn't give enough time to his patients, and it feels like he is always in a rush. Another thing to add is how he doesn't make the patient feel any good about themselves. A good doctor is one that makes sure their patient is in a comfortable and safe environment. This doctor makes it feel like you're doing everything wrong, and that even little progress doesn't matter. He makes patients wait three hours in his office just to send them for more lab work. He is very incompetent and i do not recommend him.

My experience has been consistently disappointing. The doctor always seems rushed, gives little attention to my concerns, and dismisses my questions without offering clear explanations. Each visit leaves me feeling more confused and frustrated than before. The staff is not very helpful, and the waiting times are extremely long. At my last visit, no vital signs were taken even though I am hypertensive, and during today's visit, the doctor did not perform even a basic exam such as listening to my lungs. Patients are often left waiting in locked rooms for hours while others are seen first. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this doctor.

Dr. Umer's assistant was absolutely outstanding in handling my mom with her lab results she was extremely professional, kind, and thorough. She explained everything in a detailed and comprehensive manner, making sure we understood each part of the process. Every question we had was answered patiently and clearly. We truly appreciated her time, care, and the respectful way she communicated with us. Highly recommended! Medistop primary care

I'm looking to give 0 stars but unfortunately I have to give 1 star to write a review. Dr. Umer is the worst doctor in town in fact I have never seen a more careless and unprofessional doctor like this in my life. If you really care about your health then avoid this doctor. First he will make you sit for hours before you are seen and when he starts to talk he's rude to his patients. He was very rude and mean to my mom who is his patient. He doesn't care about patients' health at all he just wants to run his clinic. He told my parents to leave the room in the middle of the appointment just because my dad's phone rang. He talks to patients rudely and makes them feel bad. He insults his patients. He makes patients feel bad and puts them down, no respect whatsoever. If you have self respect for yourself and your time then avoid this doctor. It's better to remain without care than to see him. I give him zero stars. His 5 stars are probably all given by his family members.
