The doctors , nurses , and lab techs are all very knowledgeable and have excellent bedside manners. My only problem with today's visit was with my observation of not seeing anyone at the front desks upon my arrival on the third floor. One medical receptionist eventually did arrive after 5-10 minutes to start checking patients in on the entire third floor. I honestly don't think the signs posted around the facility requesting patients to check in at a huge kiosk with a qr code is what the original founder of the Kelsey Seybold organization would've wanted for his legacy. It is so impersonal. Please return to a more personable approach to welcoming patients into the doctor's offices by having a friendly medical clerk greeting patients at the doctor's front desk.

I have been a patient of Dr. Harris for a number of years, and I can't recommend them enough. She consistently provides top-notch care and has a truly compassionate and patient-centered approach. What I appreciate most is that I never feel rushed during my appointments. Dr. Harris takes the time to listen to my concerns, answer all of my questions thoroughly, and makes sure I understand my treatment plan. The entire team, from the front desk staff to the nurses, is always friendly, professional, and helpful. It feels like a true partnership in my health.

I've had the BEST care with PA Penson She was and is AMAZING. She took her time to care and listen and work out all things that needed to happen for the proper care for me. I truly appreciate you. See you soon for a beautiful update.

I went to this office for a well-woman visit, and my experience was very frustrating. I requested STD testing as part of my routine check-up, but the nurse practitioner repeatedly asked why I wanted it. I didn't mind explaining -- it was simply a routine check-up -- but when I went downstairs for my labs, the STD tests I requested weren't included. The lab tech had already scanned my barcode, and when I mentioned that I couldn't take any fasting labs because I had just eaten, she told me I would still be charged -- even though I hadn't received the tests I actually asked for. I went back upstairs to have the correct tests added. Later, the nurse practitioner called to tell me I had an abnormal Pap smear. Naturally, I was anxious. She told me it was urgent that I see a doctor right away, so I flew back to Houston for follow-up -- only to find out she was on vacation. I ended up speaking with another doctor elsewhere who explained the results calmly and said it wasn't an emergency, just something to monitor and repeat routinely. The whole experience left me feeling stressed, confused, and poorly informed. I wish the communication and follow-up had been clearer and more considerate.
