The Methodist Hospital in Sugar Land is our one stop destination for anything medical related for my parents, my in-laws, and my family. They live up to their reputation. The doctors and staff are respectful, knowledgeable, caring, and provide excellent customer service. And their location is convenient. I'm able to communicate with my doctors/nurses via their MyChart portal which makes it easy and convenient. I highly recommend Methodist Hospital in Sugar Land.

Doctor Baltazar is a wonderful physician. He takes the time to explain all your options, making sure to answer all your questions. The nurses and support staff truly care. They treat you as if you're the most important person. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Front desk could work on their work ethics, giving their the first people we see when we come in, but the staffing... both techs and nurses were amazing. They definitely changed my mind and mood of the whole environment here.

Wait time to see the dr or tech is over an hour, give yourself 3h for over all visit, they should work on that ... after waiting 40min to see the tech I asked the front desk how long more I should wait so I could let my babysitter know her response was a few minutes it took another 40min, be honest and know ppl have obligations outside your office , the excuse for wait time? Sorry it's Covid-19 but other dr offices also operate during Covid I have never experienced something like this when you want to know the reason for long wait their front desk will do anything to ignore you, and they don't hide it either I don't even know if they have office manager... so it's ok for me to wait 3h but if I arrive 15min late they will deny me the appointment and will ask me to reschedule
