Patient
This cardiologist's office has a sign at the front desk stating that their commitment is to "ALWAYS provide EXCELLENT CARE." Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite of that promise. The front desk staff and nurses consistently come across as irritated, impatient, and uninterested in helping their patients. Their expressions and attitudes make you feel like you're bothering them just by checking in or asking a basic question. It's especially disappointing to see this behavior while the sign in front of them proudly claims excellence. Asking a question while they're on their phones--sometimes even watching videos--feels like an offense. During procedures, such as ultrasounds, the instructions are unclear, and when a patient doesn't immediately understand, the staff acts annoyed, as if patients are expected to know what to do without any guidance. No one should feel like they're ruining someone's day simply because they are sick and need care. This experience absolutely does NOT uphold the commitment posted at the front desk. I truly hope the clinic manager takes this seriously, because patients deserve compassion, clarity, and respect--especially in a cardiology office where people are already anxious and vulnerable.
