My mother is a patient of Dr. Alexander and he and his staff are wonderful. However, the one star is for the communication system. I need to reschedule an appointment for her. A 10 minute process tops. I have been on hold or hung up on for six hours today and have still not spoken with anyone! With all the doctors that are on staff there is only one phone number to contact? I have had hold times between 26 minutes to 52 minutes and EVERY TIME at the 23 minute mark the phone rings and a recording says there is a technical problem and I need to call at another time. GET YOUR PHONE SYSTEM WORKED OUT!!! Definitely not patient friendly!! And please don't respond with the AI message that says I need to call so this can be worked out. It's the same number I've been calling all day!!
