Methodist Southlake Medical Center

What else can I say about Methodist Southlake but it's an amazing place for your medical needs. I had an appointment and they took amazing care of me from check in to check out. Michael A. in Registration came out to welcome me and shook my hand. He was extremely professional and polite. He made the check in procedure smooth and quick. Mack B in Radiology was amazing. He made the scan easy and comfortable. I would highly recommend using Methodist Southlake next time you need something done. I will definitely use them again!!

So my wife was admitted in this hospital last year August. She has already written a review and the hospital replied like they were sorry but it's false. Her experience here, let me tell you, we are still trying to get over it. She was profiled, and discriminated for her condition. She has sickle cell disease and has lived with this her entire life. It got to a point they suggested she had arthritis and was drug seeking. The nurses are the worst we have even experienced. It was a very very painful experience especially for her. DO BETTER!!!

I absolutely LOVE the Team here!! The best of the best work here. Veterans are loved here, given a beautiful Challenge Coin that includes the Space Division!! My dad had a procedure done here today, and we were so fortunate to have Nurse Shane and Dr. Kruger taking care of him. They were both incredibly kind, caring, and professional throughout the entire experience. Nurse Shane made sure my dad was comfortable and well taken care of and Dr. Kruger explained everything clearly and treated us with so much compassion. We truly felt supported every step of the way. The whole experience was smooth and positive. The rest of the staff was also very kind. Thank you for making a difficult time so much easier!

I had to go to the ER for a minor abdominal pain and this place was, by far, the best experience I have ever had with a medical care provider. I didn't even sit down in the waiting room, I was immediately taken to a room and the Dr was there within 2 minutes. I had serval tests done and everything was very fast. I felt like the staff were extremely knowledgeable and caring and efficient. I cannot recommend them more highly.
