We have seen Dr. Morales just once. During the visit we were put at ease by the time, thoughtful interactions, and genuine interest displayed. Not only did Dr. Morales provide keen insight into our situation but also gave guidance in how we move forward. Yes, the staff (particularly his medical assistant) were of utmost quality and efficiency. We're certain being under his care will continue to prove he was the right choice for our family!

I want to give a heartfelt shout out to Dr. Matus and the entire team at the Texas Institute for Neurological Disorders. We first met Dr. Matus last month when we inexplicably experienced seizures, and went to TMC Denision. We immediately felt a connection. He walked in with his old-school doctor bag, and from the moment he introduced himself, he was patient, passionate, and genuinely empathetic.
We liked him so much that we scheduled a follow-up the day after our last discharge. That visit was at the office in Frisco as this was the location that had firstavailability. Here we were treated by one of his wonderful colleagues. Unfortunately, we had to return to the hospital this Saturday due to another epileptic seizure, but once again, Dr. Matus happened to be on call. He took such good care of us, examining everything thoroughly, reviewing our history, and immediately putting a solid plan in place.
What really stayed with me was how attentive he was. He could see I was right on the edge of breaking down. The moment the tears started, he didn't hesitate, he came over and hugged me and assured me everything would be okay . That kind of genuine compassion is rare, and it meant everything to me in that moment..
His empathy, his presence, and his willingness to truly listen never fail. He's the kind of doctor who understands his patients deeply and wants the absolute best for them. We are so grateful to have him as part of our care team.
I highly recommend Dr. Matus and the Texas Institute for Neurological Disorders for anyone needing neurological care. They have been nothing short of exceptional.

Absolutely terrible! Do not use. Had appointment in September for EMG upper and lower. Referral was for both. Was told they couldn't do both. Lower was rescheduled for Dec 5th. Asked for earlier appointment. Was given earlier appointment in October. Day before October appointment was called and canceled stating referral not good. Rescheduled back to December 5th. I got a second referral. Day before dec 5th appointment was called and it was canceled due to dr being on call. Rescheduled December 16th. Was called day before stating referral wasn't good. Referral expired Dec 15th. Had to pay out of pocket. If there are issues with the referral it is the provider not the patients responsibility to get referral update. Not call the patient to cancel day before appointment 3 times. Absolutely worse provider I've ever dealt with.

Dr. Lopez is great. Very thorough, caring and knowledgeable. He explains things so anyone could understand. Only complaint is appointment scheduling. A consistent 2 hour wait is unacceptable. I understand because he takes his time with me, as I assume he does each patient, but scheduling should reflect that.

Dr B. Sundaram is great. Very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Willing to listen to my concerns and come up with a plan to get to the root of the cause of my issues. My only issues have been with front office staff. Issues were discussed with Dr. Sundaram and she put me in touch her office manager (Mel), who is also very personable.
