Dr. Scott Bassett and his care team are professional and caring. Dr. Bassett listens to my concerns and he takes time to communicate with me. I feel at ease when he is talking to me and explaining things to me. I really appreciate him and his care team.

Staff is always pleasant and professional. Dr Bassett is a wonderful doctor who cares about his patients, is thorough, proactive and a genuinely nice man. His entire staff picks up on his caring attitude and projects that same good spirit. I always leave feeling lucky to have discovered Dr Bassett and his team.

We love Dr. Bassett and his staff. They are incredible. They are super responsive and attentive. When they say they are going to send something they do it, immediately. They call you back when you leave a message, and when you call them someone always answers the phone. Dr. Bassett is through and kind. He is so friendly and knowledgeable. I always bring our med list and he checks it to make sure all the meds can be taken together. He makes plans for care and tells you timelines of when you should be seeing results. He is just amazing. Honestly in the YEARS I have been in Healthcare his staff have been the greatest I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He is busy because he's the best, but his NPs are all amazing too. His appointment times are a bit far out but even so the wait times in office are minutes. We love it here. Going to his office is a joy not a chore. TLDR? He is the best, his staff is the BEST his wait times are short.

Dr Bassett is a gentle and compassionate professional who truly cares about his patients. He is patient and really takes the time to understand what you are saying. I am very pleased with Dr. Bassett as my father's cardiologist, and I am also grateful for his staff. A Doctor's staff truly makes or breaks the practice. I would have never met Dr. Bassett if my previous cardiologist had had a good staffing experience. Olga at Dr. Bassett is very kind and knowledgeable. Grateful for the entire experience.

My 92 yo mom had severe aortic stenosis and Dr Bassett very successfully did a TAVR on her 10 months ago. It is amazing to think that this life-saving procedure could be done on her, when open heart surgery would be out of the question. She tolerated it very well! Also kudos to Dot and the cardiology staff at Memorial Hermann The Woodlands.
