I arrived feeling a bit nervous, but after meeting with Dr. Jacob, I felt at ease. Dr. Jacob was excellent--he answered all of my questions, listened attentively, and was very friendly. Highly recommend.

These days, it is extremely rare to find any doctors that exhibit true care and concern for you, as a patient. Dr. Jacob is one of those doctors! When he enters the room he is cordial, attentive and welcoming. He remembers you. He asks questions, he listens and he doesn't rush you out the door. He exhibits empathy and concern for you as a human being and makes you feel that he really does care about your welfare. In addition, he's a wonderful person with a great personality. He's knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable. He also responds very promptly when I message him through the portal, which I appreciate. And lastly, one thing that really impressed me, was the fact that he actually picked up the phone and CALLED me to check on me after I started a new medication, to ensure there were no side effects or complications! I have not had a doctor do that for me in over 25 years, and it really left a lasting impression on me. I am so, so very happy that he was recommended to me by my PCP!! So many other physicians could take a note from Dr. Jacob. He is an impeccable cardiologist.

Dr Robin Jacob is an incredible cardiologist! He was there for me when I truly needed him. With all the heart disease in my family I thought I'd be proactive and get my coronary arteries checked at age 51. I got the run around from many other doctors for about a year. He stepped up to the plate and ordered me a CT Angio test on the spot. Thank God he did because It came back very bad. Six severe blockages. I was shocked! He preformed a heart catheterization on me very quickly and discovered stents wouldn't do it. I needed a triple bypass surgery quickly. I got the surgery done 17 days ago and recovering at home with a mended heart! Dr Robin Jacob absolutely saved my life! To know I almost lost my life at 51 years old changes your life perspective. Now my wife and kids still have their husband and dad. Dr Robin Jacob I will never forget you and everything you did to save my life! I'd also like to thank Karen in the office. She was there when I really needed it and gave me the courage and laid out a path to get me to the hospital when I was in no shape to understand what to do next. Christopher Graves
