My most favorite doc ever, plus his staff is the absolute best! Dr Tap is real...meaning, he knows life happens and treats you like an adult. No BS, no sugar coating, but at the same time one of the most compassionate and caring individuals you will ever encounter. Everyone in his office is super kind, respectful and friendly...always smiling, NEVER rude or condescending. I drive almost 4 hours (one way) just to remain their patient (and friend!)...and I have no intentions of stopping.

The lobby was immaculate but Poor customer service for ppl of color...I experienced this in Jan 2025, with the Doctor, The Heart Specialist. And came back Mar 31st for a ultrasound on my Heart. Receptionist wasn't pleasant not feeling it on Monday and neither was the Ultrasound technician. I know when I'm welcome and when I'm not. This office doesn't welcome people of color.

My wife was taken into Methodist Hospital. She was in for four days. She had clouded arteries to the heart. They called in a specialist to see her. He told me that day that she has two daughters and I was crying for four days for my wife. I've been married 36 years he came in the office was very rude. Did the procedure tell us come back two weeks to his office down the street from the hospital when we went to secretaries the first word was did you pay the hospital any money yet? You owe a lot of money to our doctor we wasn't even in the office to see the doctor yet very rude. All day wanted was money. I have never been to the doctors office. It was more concerned about a bill at a hospital, I took my wife. There is not a caring doctor and I advised to anybody that loves their wives and their spouses do not go there. He is a bad doctor. All he wants is money and his secretaries was a very rude so I walked out and I took my wife to my doctor to put my stent, I will never go back to him have anything to do with him he is not a caring doctor and his secretaries are very rude. 100% no feelings they didn't even take us in the back straight from the window. Did you pay the hospital you was a lot of money, bad doctor.

Smartest doctor I've ever worked with as a patient. Actually explains everything with zero rush. I know I'm going to the best cardiologist and was referred to him by one of his physician colleagues. He is highly regarded amongst his peers -- this goes a long way in my mind!

Dr. Pratap Agusala is The Best Cardiologist you ever want to keep your ticker ticking like a well oiled machine. Good bedside manner in the hospital too and is very down to earth
