These people are so unprofessional. Wait almost 2 weeks to tell me they won't see me cause they don't handle wc. I have insurance but even though they handle my insurance they claim I'm belligerent. I think you'd feel the same if you were experiencing depression, anxiety, confusion and total abandonment. Yeah you roll your eyes at me, I'm going to get a little belligerent. Blood sugar so high my meter won't read it (maybe that's why I'm belligerent ) you're going to let me walk out the door. Only giving you one star because it won't let me post without one star! You don't deserve it! Great job!

I have been a patient of Dr. Frets for years. Our entire family has gone to see him for years, and today I had something very irritating happen. I haven't been in to see him since July of 2014. I just haven't had anything going on and I haven't been sick. Well I called this morning to make an appointment to talk to him about some issues that are arising again with my depression and anxiety, and I was told that since I haven't been there since 2014, I'll be considered a new patient and that he won't be able to see me for at least a month. Seriously....? That's ridiculous. Me and my entire family have been seeing him for years, and I've gone without seeing him for periods of time before and I've never had this issue. My issues that I'm having, cannot wait a month, but because technically it's not me being "sick", she said I would have to wait. I think that's a little ridiculous. I'm assuming it's all new people in there because we never had these issues with the previous girls. So now, I have to go and try to find a new MD, that knows NONE of my background history, because the only doctor that has EVER seen me, is Dr. Frets, and try to get help. Very disappointed. Dr. Frets is a GREAT doctor. We just love him and how much he has helped us and our entire family. The office staff, not so much anymore.
