Have had my kids going here for a while but I can honestly say this is the most unfriendly receptionist staff I have come across. No idea of what customer service is. Will not be going back. Be careful of canceling appointments over their answering system. They will still try and charge you for appointments you cancel. Remember you are in people care business so maybe show that you do care. Professionalism and a smile goes a long way. Definitely not going back.
My kids used to see Dr. Ethridge who used to practice at this office. When I called to make an appointment for my youngest, I was a little nervous hearing she had retired. And Dr. Morgan is now the doctor there. But I am so pleased I got to meet Dr. Morgan! She is a wonderful lady. Very sweet and patient. Her staff is wonderful as well. Dr. Morgan and I were able to chat a little bit about my daughter, she never tried to rush me out. Like most doctor's do. I give her 5 stars, I'd give her 10 if I had the option.
To be honest, I do not know how they have a five star rating. I just got a call today several months after I tried to schedule my son an appointment I was told I would get a call after I dropped off paperwork with all our information on there my son needed refills for his asthma medication. We had just moved in town. We were new and I was in search for a new pediatric doctor so he can get refills. The young lady that works at the front desk should be fired I have never had to wait this long to hear From a doctors office just wow I apologize to the young lady. I was on the phone with because she had to hear how I felt as a could've been potential client. They definitely need to do better. And watch who they are hiring Because they are ruining this office reputation
Unhelpful. Receptionist was no help on the phone trying to get seen by Dr Whitney Morgan.
We were patients of Dr. Morgan's in Austin and we miss her so very much! Dr. Morgan lets you ask all the questions and worry all of the crazy mom worries without feeling rushed or silly. She will re-assure you when everything is well and calmly explain when it's time to take action! She is highly educated, up to date on recent medical findings, a great listener, & always working every angle. We trusted her with all 3 of our kiddos and you should too, you're lucky to have her Seguin! :)
