Dr. Massoud is a wonderful doctor with what many would call "the heart of a teacher". He took the time to get to know me, my issues, and built a plan with me as a team to fix them. He is very down to Earth and seems to want to make sure his patients know the "why" behind his recommendations.
I had some misconceptions about medications and by listening to me, providing reasoned explanations, and building a relationship, Dr. Massoud overcame my misconceptions and got me to go 100% into our treatment plan.
This is the important part - it's working. He helped me fix my medical issues by working WITH me and providing his medical advice in the context of where I was in my life.
I am significantly, probably immeasurably better off after meeting Dr. Massoud. This man did me and my family a massive service and I am grateful to have met him.
