Dr.Patel is absolutely amazing. He is knowledgeable, personable and super friendly. He made us feel super confident and comfortable during our son's appointment. Thank you Dr.Patel and staff for all your support!

We had our first visit with Dr. Patel today and I have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff. His medical assistant whose name started with an M was an angel. She was very thorough in explaining exactly what she was doing to my five-year-old and made him feel really comfortable. He even gave her two hugs. Dr. Patel was so kind and his bedside manner is exactly what you would want for your child. He thoroughly examined my child's heart and explained everything very well. Although my child does not have to see him again, we would gladly return. I'd give him and his staff 10 stars if I could

I cannot express in words how wonderful this establishment was. I went in with my 2 y/o and the staff was so sweet with her. They thoroughly explained what they were doing and answered her curious mind's questions. Dr. Patel was awesome! You can tell that he is very passionate about his job. He was amazing with my toddler and gave us both a very educational experience. He made sure that she understood what was happening and that I understood the how's and the why's.

Dr Patel is great! He communicates well, he's patient, explains everything in detail, and most importantly, he connects with his patients and their families. Excellent work Dr Patel my family and I enjoyed our visit.

I had a mixed experience at this children's heart center. The doctor was amazing--patient and kind with my baby, very knowledgeable and informative. I have a 12 month old baby who hates doctor offices and is only used to being with me so of course she's going to cry with strangers. One nurse also did her best to soothe her with lullabies, which I appreciated. However, the other assistant seemed visibly annoyed, and didn't even try to interact with my child. Worse, she falsely recorded my baby's vitals without actually taking them. In case you forgot you are documenting in a legal chart with false information. If you're working in pediatrics, you should at least be patient and do your job correctly. Very disappointing experience with the staff.
