Promptly seen and not rushed. Dr. Reich entertained all my questions listening intently. We mutually agreed to treatment plans going forward. Couldn't have asked for a better experience

Visited Dr. Reich for a procedure I need to have. First of all his staff is extremely nice and friendly. That is always a good sign to me. The doctor was knowledgeable and to the point. Explained the ins and outs of what will take place. Got me scheduled right away. I am very pleased with Dr. Reich so far.

The front office staff and medical assistants were very nice and respectful. Once I saw the doctor I felt like he did not have a bedside manner. He came in asked me what I wanted. Without going over my situation or medical issues. I was scheduled for a removal of my loop recorder with giving any advice or telling me if my results were abnormal or normal. My 1st visit with the doctor was approx 5 minutes. I was sent to surgery scheduling and that too 20-30 min. Which this person wasn't too friendly. I wouldn't recommend this doctor unless you have good insurance. Maybe them he'll pay attention to his patients. I've only had 2 visit with the office and only 1 with the doctor. The second one was with the nurse just to check the surgical site. Was told to come back if there are anymore problems.

He and his staff and nurse are very pleasant and efficient. Dr Reich's successful cardiac ablation of my heart has kept me out of AFib for 4 yrs now. I'm super glad he's my Cardiac Electrophysiologist!

I got in to see Dr Reich within a week! I feel completely confident in him to help me with my issue. Very personable and easy to talk to. He also did my husbands ablation for his A-fib and is cured!
