Fantastic experience. Wait time was minimal. Nursing staff were attentive. Dr. Wilson was great. Took his time with explanations and suggestions for treatments. He is also a Veteran which made him easy to talk with. Looking forward to future visits.

I've been seeing Dr Wilson for years now and he's wonderful! He listens to my concerns and never rushes my visits. I always feel involved in my plan of care.

Very friendly staff. Dr. Wilson is excellent in making sure we understand the patient's condition and future tests and their results. I highly recommend them. The patient portal is user friendly and keeps us updated.

June 24th Metropolitan Hospital drop the ball after a cardiac incident. I was sent to Dr Wilson and what a disaster from the first phone call. His staff gives off the most negative and unmistamistakable appearance of frustration with ZERO customer service in mind. Dr. Wilson walks in and doesn't introduce, great or even pretend to care. His lack of eye contact, remarkably cold demeanor is only second to his failure to read a chart before entering a exam room. When asked questions, it is as if he is bothered and dispelled any patient input. He belittling and arrogant attitude is the worst I have ever seen. How does this practice manage to survive. My dogs are treated better at the veterinary community clinic in our rural area!!!!

I am very satisfied with Dr.Wilson, he explained to me all I wanted to know. What I didn't liked was the front desk, I had to sit at the lobby. I told the girl in front desk where I was going to be. When went back later to ask if they had called me she said no. By that time I got in all the people who were there had gone. Only the new ones. I asked 3 times and nothing. Until the nurse called me my BP was high I told her why I was mad. She said she called me 3 times. That the girl was lying from 2 pm till 4.50 pm.
