The office waiting room is comfortable and tv monitor shows interesting important information to look at while waiting, as well as in the exam room. Staff is courteous, professional and friendly. Doctor/PA is not rushed, explains results well and listens well to all I have to say. Great bedside manner. I have been a patient for eight years and would highly recommend this office. Thank you for caring about your patients.
Magallon is an excellent and caring doctor. He takes the time to hear me out and genuinely put thought into my issues and solving them. I would highly recommend him. He's the only cardiologist who took the time to actually try and figure out what was wrong, I won't be going to anyone else.
Lauren was amazing! I needed a treadmill stress test. Going in I was so nervous. I was worried I would have to run and I'd be embarrassed when I couldn't do it. Ms. Lauren made me feel so comfortable. She was friendly and down to earth. I felt like I was in the room with a friend or a coach. She talked me through every step of the test. She explained each step in detail and IN ADVANCE. I felt so supported, and I finished the test without passing out! She said I did great, I left feeling like I had conquered a challenge. If you need a treadmill stress test, PLEASE ASK FOR LAUREN. Excellent patient care!! I've worked in healthcare for 20+ years, Lauren rocked it!
