A caring doctor who listens and works hard for you and with you. She is very much a team player and you can feel her energy in the staff she chooses to work with. They are lovely people. I have walked away from several cardiologists in San Antonio - Dr Bates is my top choice. She is excellent.

Dr Bates was so kind & gentle. She told me I needed to take a statin to lower my cholesterol. I told her I'm not a fan. She said she believes it would help but it was my choice. That gave me peace to know she gives me the option. I really like her!
