Dr. Durham is an exceptional Cardiologist. I feel lucky and blessed to have him as the doctor who oversees the health of my heart and life. He listens, Never rushes with you when inside the treatment room, and he takes his time to make sure you Fully understand what's being said and discussed. His staff is always patient and polite. The dedication of excellent care received is at the very front of the staff's attention to make sure before you leave the back, everything went ok and that they provide you with any follow-up appointments or referrals. They make sure any pharmacy prescriptions are correct and provide you with hard copies as well, (at your request). You can tell that they All truly care about their patients and they leave you with the feeling of being a well cared for and pampered patient. I selfishly encourage anyone looking for a Cardiologist, to see this team. I said selfishly because they're so good, I hate to share them because that means he'd get more patients which might hinder my availability of an open slot for an appointment. (Lol)

Efficient, courteous, and professional are hallmarks of Dr. Durham and his staff. Appointments are run with the patient in mind and take no more time than necessary while fully listening to your concerns. Staff meet needs of scheduling appts and other laboratory tests with a smile and understanding of patients own schedule and i don't feel like just another task in this physicians day. I have used other cardiac physicians and offices, and ones that were much closer in proximity to my home, but none have ever met the level of service that Durham has provided. I am very happy with The Heart Clinic of San Antonio.
