Please be very careful when sending vaccine results through this clinic, and check everything yourself if you don't want delays or problems in your immigration process. They are not accurate or professional in their work at all. I took my 8-member family to this clinic for vaccines. The first time, they wrote my daughter's name incorrectly -- I noticed it and had them correct it. The second time, they made a mistake with my wife's identity, writing "Mexico" instead of "Afghanistan." The third mistake was that they sent the wrong document for one of my sons' vaccine results. Later, the USCIS office contacted me and requested the correct documents again. I went back to the clinic with the USCIS request letters and asked them for the correct papers. After apologizing, they gave me new vaccine records, which I submitted -- but I still haven't received any response. Because of their mistakes, my entire family is currently without Food Stamps and Medicaid, since without Green Cards I am not considered eligible to apply for Food Stamps or government Medicaid.
