I was really impressed. The office runs well, which always makes things easier. Dr Shah was prepared for our visit (reviewed our extensive medical records), clearly knowledgeable, and up to date on management of our problem. He was friendly and personable, answering all of our questions in easy-to-understand ways. His office followed up quickly on his orders, and we were contacted by his Coumadin clinic the next day. I only have high praises for Dr. Furquan Shah as well as the entire staff. Dr. Shah took the time to explain everything to me. Really made me feel like he cared. Lindi was amazing with contacting me about my appointment. Melissa who took my vitals and performed my EKG was attentive and a pleasure to talk with. The front office staff were all very nice. Dr. Shah is an excellent physician. He really took the time to talk, ask & answer questions. I went to this appointment very apprehensive but Dr. Shah's calm demeanor quickly put me at ease as he explained everything. The front desk and back office staff are also great.
