I had a great experience. My wait time was very short. Patricia was very kind, polite, courteous, knowledgeable and had great listening skills. Dr. Angelica Motta, as always, was also very professional as she gave me my EKG results. I would recommend this organization to my friends and family.
The intake paperwork was sent to me in advance however there was a bit of duplicate info still needed but I have experienced that in other offices so I don't think that's a big deal. Everyone in the office was helpful, friendly and made you feel welcomed. Dr Motta was equally as kind and professional throughout our visit getting to know some of my back history. Definitely recommend their office.
Dr. Motta is my Cardiologist. She is easy to work with, knowledgeable and very professional. Her office staff was able to accommodate my request to book my echo at Methodist Hospital just before my appointment with Dr. Motta, so it could all be completed together without making a second trip.
My visit with the doctor was excellent. She was very professional, listened carefully, and answered all my questions clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I received. However, I did notice that the staff member who scheduled my next appointments was not particularly welcoming--there was no smile or friendly gesture, which can make a difference in the overall patient experience. I hope this aspect can be improved, as a kind and courteous attitude from all staff members would complement the excellent medical care provided.
The staff are knowledgeable and kind, and their office is a calming environment. Dr. Motta listens to you and takes into account your lived experiences without judgement. They also have a lot of ducks about the place.
