Patient
I was put in the Shannon Hospital on 12-16-22. I had a major UTI and I had it for months. I thought it was only a like a couple of months. But now the way I feel compared to the way I felt then I know I had it for months. It was affecting my whole body and my mind especially. I was sent to the ER and from there I ended up in the hospital. I stayed from 12-16-22 until 12-21-22. Dr. Singh was over me he took great care of me. My mind was in such bad shape I was scared I would forget who I was. What my name was. It was so scary. I never told Dr. Singh any of this. He told me on the 22nd that he thought I was ready to go home. I really did not think I was ready. The antibiotics were really helping me a lot and getting me well. I was feeling like a new person. But I just want to thank all the staff. And especially Dr. Singh for helping through everything I went through. Not only this he provided home health agency to come to my home for checkups and a physical therapist as well. I feel as if I had a TIA at sometime before I went into the hospital. I am not sure about this. But my body was so very weak. I didn't know if I was going to live through all of it. I was depressed. Down and out. I was very sick. But all the home help. All the hospital help and all the love that has been given to me is just amazing. Thank you Dr. Singh and to all of Shannon and all of your staff and all your helpers. Cleaners and Cooks. And all.
