St. Davids is consistently the highest quality of care in Central Texas. Multiple family members have been here for medical emergencies, wrecks, babies & end of life care. The staff is always caring, considerate & kind. They take their time & never appear rushed or harried. The facility is by far the cleanest & most well kept. This trip the ER was attentive & kind. Once admitted our RN Ingrid is a complete rock star, as is Dr Jerjahi. They've patiently answered our questions & are willing to consider multiple options & treatment directions in a collaborative manner. Josephine from Social work has been so helpful & generous with her time. I cant really express how grateful we are that we can trust this team without having to vigilantly monitor every aspect of care (as we have had to do at other facilities).

I had excellent care at this facility. From the ED to cardiac medsurg-all staff were kind, compassionate and caring. I was transferred from Corpus Christi to this facility for emergency surgery. Dr. Neely and staff made us feel comfortable and in God's hands. A big shout out to Michael, RN in CVICU for my first day of care. I can not thank you enough for the care and services that were provided to me and my family. We would definitely recommend this facility for care for myself and loved ones.

Had a great experience at cardio rehab. They start off at a slow pace watching you and your heart. As you progress so does your pace and confidence. Appreciate the dedication and advice of the nursing team

I have never had a worse experience with a hospital in my life. Any and all reviews giving this place a good rating have to be bot reviews.
My father has been treated here more times than I can count and every single time we experience mistreatment, dirty rooms (blood splatters), the nurses talking bad about my father's physical appearance and refusing to take me to his room despite me being immediate family, and general staff dismissal. We have been ignored when we press the patient help button, and when we try to explain or ask for something relating to previous or underlying injuries, the nurses treat you like your an ignorant child.
I have no problems with people having bads days or occasionally being a little firm. I myself have had bad experiences with people I treat and take care of because yes they are drugged and come out of surgery, but this has reached a level I dont feel comfortable not sharing. I can always count on st. David's to treat me incorrectly, and misdiagnosed my issues.
Please go somewhere else and keep your loved ones protected. This clinic is a prime reason why you NEED to know what your treatment plan is and pay attention. Trust your gut feeling and if something doesn't feel right, pay attention.
(My father had kidney stones and went in for an ultrasound (despite us asking for a CT scan), they said the test was negative, 6 months later his pain was back 4x worse and he almost died of a septic kidney due to neglegence.)
Once again I would like to clarify, I have no problems with nurses, or hospitals. St. David's does have some absolutely lively staff and doctors I just cant excuse the malpractice.

The verdict is finally in!! I was recently discharged from this Amazing facility. The timeline was one week. My arrival started in the ER/ICU/CardioNeuro (all three independent medical care teams). I had a delicate but non-envasive procedure which required anesthesia. After a successful completion and recovery, I'd like to give Honorable Mention to the following: the entire Nursing Teams (RN'S: Michele McKenzy (ICU-Room 21)Tiffany, ICU Room 21, Kelci, Room 353, Savanna, Room 353, Ian, ICU Room 21. Patient Care Technicians (PCTs): Ayden, Room 353, Patient Transportation: Sebastian. Kitchen Hospitality: Elijah.
And last, but definitely not least, the entire team of doctor's involved in my care which included the VascularTeam of Dr. Zea, Dr. Tallea(sp?) and Associates. They were all Amazing! and as one Healthcare Team Member in the ICU quoted: "We care Intensively" and that's exactly what I received!!
