We arrived on time but had to wait almost an hour to be taken back to do the blood draw. Then, waited another hour between the blood draw and the actual radiology procedure for the lab work to result. It would have been nice if we'd been given any kind of indication that there would be such a long delay or additional wait times, but no one spoke to us unless they had to.
Everyone from the front desk, MA, nurses are very pleasant/ helpful and smiling. Dr Roach takes his time a asks how you are doing.
Front staff, MA and RN were all sweet, attentive and took their time to listen and help. Within the appt with the provider I felt rushed and not heard.
I have been very pleased with this group. Everyone is extremely nice. No long waits and I really like Dr.Roach and associates!
