Linda at reception was fantastic. Very kind and patient with my all crazy insurance company requirements, read, bs. She took it all in stride and helped me to relax and not worry about all the fuss. Did not care for the MA and doc though. Felt RUSHED. Big time. But then the follow up after my appointment by the clinical staff was terrific. So, except for the actual appointment itself, everything was wonderful. lol
Very Professional, Dr. McNair and Nicole, were friendly. Dr.McNair always make sure I'm doing ok. And even Ladies in the office always smiling and very Friendly. Courteous and easy to talk to. They make you fill at ease.Thank you all very much I appreciate the whole unit.
I saw Dr McNair when I was admitted into Seaton. He was very caring and easy to talk to. My recent visit with him was great. His staff is amazing also.
Dr. McNair is one of the most caring and competent cardiologist I've seen. He always takes time to listen to me, and goes out of his way to ensure I get the best care possible. HE stays on top of my health concerns and I feel very fortunate to have such a kind, caring person as my Dr. He's the best! I totally trust his expertise.
Our nurse (think his name was Jason) was lovely. I was there helping assist my elderly father who had just had a stroke. Dr. McNair appeared friendly enough but seemed very uninterested in actually listening and answering our questions. Would talk over my father and myself. Felt like he was just trying to rush and be done with us. He prescribed a medication that we had concerns and questions about but he rushed thru any half answers if he bothered to answer at all because he just didn't seem to be listening. Not the kind of doctor I would put in charge of a loved one or myself.
