The Nurses, Doctors, and Staff are top notch here. My father had a high risk case for his heart aortic valve replacement and they were very thorough with tests and imaging and even consulted with other Doctors all over the country before moving forward. It calmed our nerves to know he was in such competent care.

I had a great experience here! Both the techs who took care of me were great.I had an echo and a stress test. They both talked to me and made me feel at ease. I recommend this place for any cardiac testing. As a heath care worker my self (dental) I understand how hard it can be to make someone feel uncomfortable . If you need a payment plan call ahead, use the cost estimate and do your research. They were very accommodating and worked with me and were up front about my options. That made me feel better prepared for my visit. Thank you for taking care of me .

My son had to have a looper monitor implanted for his heart. We were told that the procedure would occur at 1:30, and that we should be there an hour ahead of the appointment (which we were). An hour after the procedure time, I was told "40 minutes". It was over another hour. They are either overbooked or understaffed. It is obvious that they are more concerned with the payroll than they are for the care of their patients. I worry that this is indicative of a "hospital" (read: a building meant to squeeze blood from a turnip by holding your child's health hostage) that cares far more with keeping costs down, rather than keeping any sort of professional standard high. From start to finish, the lack of professionalism and respect by the doctor and the staff was astounding. Additionally, when trying to give the hospital the chance to correct this foundational disrespect and foundational lack of professionalism, they didn't even see an issue. Because why would they? We're just peasants that should shut up and not complain. Don't bother calling the administration, as it takes DAYS for them to respond, and only if you call back repeatedly. This was the first step in what will likely be a years long diagnosis and treatment plan. This was a MONITOR, not a CURE. My wife and I have decided that, in the interest of our son's health, we will need to cut ties with this facility, and are looking for a more professional/respectful cardiologist. We believe that the lack of has shown that we should expect substandard care from Heart Hospital. You wouldn't hire anyone else that showed up this late and acted like this. Hell, if WE had shown up too late, they would have turned us away and STILL charged us for the appointment.

This hospital saved my husband's life. He was in town for meetings, and was taken by ambulance from a smaller hospital in Georgetown. The skilled surgeons would not quit until my husband's life was saved. The nurse to patient ratio was good. He was well taken care of...all the other things, rude intake staff, billing issues, lack of parking and confusing signage, etc pale in comparison by the skill and compassion of the people who gave my husband a new lease on life.
