Dr. Lucid and staff has literally saved our lives. Yes, occasionally I have to wait but the care and attention he and his staff give to patients is worth the wait. They give every patient the attention that they need at your appointment.

Dr Lucid is great but the staff that answers the phone calls is not! They can be rude and never return calls. I have been trying for more than 2 weeks to get my stress test sent over to my pcp for pre op requirements and the office hasn't sent anything. My PCP even fax a request and still nothing. Now this week only the answering service is answering calls and no one calls back. Too bad that a good doctor doesn't have better staff!

Do not pay attention to the Google review score. My wife and I have been seeing Dr Lucid for 7 years. He is fantastic and his staff are as well. He is so well regarded that patients are referred to him from locations outside of Austin

I went in and and the staff were very nice and my appointment time was actually honored, I just know every doctor I see I get there early and then I don't get seen till 15 to 30 minutes AFTER my scheduled time. I consultation, and scans then stress test and the debriefing all in 1 hour..... Wow! I was shocked that all of that had happened in such a short time... and never felt like it was a cattle call. I can't recommend Dr Lucid and his team enough... best doctor visit EVER! If you like getting in and out in a timely manner and don't need all the hand holding see them. Chris

I am scheduled to have carotid ct today. Dr's office submitted insurance request last night (should have been two weeks ago). The result is my ct exam delayed until insurance approval. I tried to call Dr's office 7 times within 3 hours period. No answers. I am in the process of transferring to another doctor. Update: I missed my ct exam second time because Dr Lucid did not put my date of birth on the order.
