Family Hospital at Brushy Creek

It took two hours for them to attend to my mother, who was in a lot of pain. They didn't even offer her a bed, and it took them an eternity to administer the pain medication. The doctor finally arrived, examined her, and I never saw him again during my entire stay here. They never offered my mother a bed, even though her pain was extremely intense. I don't recommend this place. You arrive, and it seems like they completely forget you're there. We've been sitting here for four hours, and the problem still hasn't been resolved.

Was treated like a drug addict by the doctor. which is concerning if you are trying to detox cause they won't treat you well. Nurses were great and attentive, the Dr was dismissive and abrasive. The way you are treated leaves a lasting impression and I will remember poor things about this treatment.

Worst experience ever. And it sucks cause my husband is still in the hospital. Waiting over 2 hours for a IV bag change. I need HR number. Supposed to come to the hospital to get better but get worst waiting on the nurses. When the nurses are right infront of my husband's room. Worst nurses ever. Who goes to the hospital to get worst.?

I believed I was being well taken care of when I choose this facility. I was wrong. I arrived at the center received a swap test and confirmed I had the Flu and was sent home. Seven months later I receive a bill for over $1000. This is absolute gouging with zero justification. I will pay what I owe but strongly suggest avoiding this business at all cost.

The staff was so fast and very friendly. Even though we came in not needing very urgent care but still needing to see a doctor asap, they were quick and took everything we said very seriously.
