Dr Gupta is a wonderful Doctor she explains everything thoroughly, she listens to my concerns she also asks questions to get a better understanding about what is going on and why it may be happening. That's the part I like she listens, not rushing, she genuinely cares for her patients and strive to make them feel better.
I have found an excellent Internist at Ascension Seton in Round Rock. Although I am a new patient, I had an unexplained pain which she ordered x-rays for and she also ordered my mammogram to be done simultaneously. I was able to get both tests done the same day. Dr. Gupta was caring, thorough and a good listener. I hope she will be my Internist for a long while. Very pleased. Dr. Abhilasha Gupta just completed my annual medicare well visit. She is very thorough, a good listener, and makes sure she asks the best questions she can to cover my healthcare. I really like her as she is personable and makes me feel confident in her knowledge and decision making. She is an excellent communicator. She has ordered appropriate labs for my next visit with her in about 2 weeks, when we will discuss results and my health plans.
I had my first Video call with Dr. Gupta last Friday. Aug. 20th the only thing was I couldn't hear her very well. She tried to fix the problem but as we kept talking it got worse trying to understand her. I didn't understand half of what she said to me. I do like not having to come in to the office. Her Nurse I could hear very well. Just need to work on the feed from the doctor needa some work.
Dr.Gupta and her staff are the best ever.I thank God everyday for her and her team.as the young folks say just awsome.they care about the patients and show. Bless them all and tha k Ascension Medical for caring about everyone and hiring them
