Baylor Scott & White Family Medical Center - Rockwall

This was my first visit to this Baylor location. Since I called for an appointment, the person was really kind and helpful. The day of the appointment, the girl in the front desk were really nice, the nurse she was warm and kind, and I cannot say less about Dr Moyana, she listened to my concerns, asked questions and took enough time for the revision during my visit. I was also surprised about the excellent job the nurses do at the lab, they are extremely careful and quick, it was the best experience I ever had in lab testing! And the best of all, everything I needed was done in the same place, one appointment and very good service. I definitely recommend this place.

Me and my family moved to Rockwall area in 2025 and needed a primary care doctor in the area. Having been in the Baylor system we all are using Dr. Ho as our new physician. She has a wonderful bedside manner and listens to her patients. I can also appreciate that she responds to questions in a timely manner on the patient portal. I feel we made a wise decision in choosing her for our care needs. Thanks Dr. Ho for taking care of us!

The office was very clean and everyone was very helpful. The wait in the lobby was not long. Dr. Vo was very friendly and knew a lot about me. I look forward to my next visit to find out more about my health once she gets all my records. I didn't know I had a bad heart and started taking my blood pressure every day. I will soon get an appointment with a cardiologist.

Jeffrey Adcock MD and his nurse have been the best GP for over 40 years for me and my family. They seem to always have the most painless lab assistants drawing blood.

Baylor Scott & White Family Medical Center of Rockwall is so good that I am almost afraid to let this secret out of the bag for fear it might make it even harder to get an appointment! The doctor's are caring and patient with me and the nurse practitioner is out of this world good. Everyone else in the clinic is exceptionally kind! Is a great find and I am thankful to call on them for my medical needs! Well done BSW!
