Disastrous. Sat in the waiting room for 25 minutes past my appointment time waiting to get called back. When I finally was called back it took almost 20 minutes after the assistant took blood pressure, etc for the Dr Anusionwu to see me. Scheduled a test to be done after the appointment only for the office to call me a few days later and tell me they don't do test for the day scheduled so it was cancelled and call back to reschedule. Call back and I'm told they do do test for when I was originally scheduled, but that time is gone so had to make a different appointment. Two days before the test the office called to tell me that insurance denied the test and they would follow up on it, but I would need to call them the next day if I haven't heard from them. Which I didn't. Called twice the next day and after being promised I would get a call back, I never did. One hour before my test, which I still didn't know if it would be covered, I called and was told it needed to be cancelled, that they would cancel it and they would get back with me about what insurance will cover and what the doctor wanted to do. Fifteen minutes after my scheduled test time the testing facility calls. The office never called to cancel it. The worst experience I've ever had with a doctors office. Total incompetence and patient negligence.
