Texas Cardiology Associates

I think the experience was very easy, the staff was very polite and thorough with my exam. And Dr. Neil Phung was very detailed and explained everything to me with care and concern. I felt listened to and felt that everyone did their best to make sure that I was healthy and well. I would return again. I got the appointment easily and it was a straight forward process from start to finish unlike other offices that have you waiting forever. They were on time and I left at a timely manner too after being explained everything and given my options.

The staff communicates well, I've had no issues with them. The nurses are all super nice and professional. Dr. Neil was very thorough with explaining what he thought needed to be done to find out what is causing my medical issues. I also really appreciate that everything he went over with me was printed out. I was able to refer to it when I couldn't remember something. Wait time isn't bad either. I haven't been kept waiting for a long time like most doctor visits.

Service no good a rude. I hated it. Sorry made me so mad we're working hard to get a good service but this is not right.

The front desk is so rude, the Vietnamese lady is so rude too!! I ask her to translate for me, the doctor instructions tell me which medicine to use she told me to go search it on google. Im not sure why shes there if she's Vietnamese.. the doctor need to explain how to use the medicine but they don't want to explain and help me that the nurse that worked with me, she's also super disrespectful. I do not recommend this place.

Front staff are rude and Dr. Neil doesn't not seems to be interested in his patients concerns. He always talks over you and ignores you so he can get you out as quickly as possible.
