Dr. Annika Sandra Illum, MD

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Illum to anyone who needs to see a cardiologist. She is extremely kind, thorough, and explains everything to you in a way that is easy to understand and really helps put you at ease. Veronica at the front desk was very helpful with scheduling my initial appointment and follow up. Shirley, the medical assistant got me pulled back quickly and was very sweet and helpful. Jasmine, the tech who did my echo was also fantastic, polite and professional! Everyone at this office is fantastic, kind and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

I found Dr. Illum through my insurance website. However, it turns out she no longer takes my insurance. Based on her reviews, I decided to see her anyway even though I would be paying out-of-pocket. It was a good decision. She is very knowledgeable and thorough with a pleasant bedside manner. I never felt rushed and she takes the time to explain everything. The staff is great too. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough about how thorough Dr. Illum is with her patients! She made me feel at ease right away. She took the time to explain all of her findings and also provided a clear game plan. Her staff is also amazing. I highly recommend her!
