The call center / front desk needs more people or someone who actually cares. I just waited 25 minutes on hold trying to schedule an appointment for my grandmother. At 18 minutes in someone answers the phone and I explain my situation and without addressing anything or saying anything puts me on hold again. When I finally got to someone else and was trying to explain what I needed and to give all the information I know they're going to need I was interrupted and treated like they could not care less. This whole interaction was everything wrong with our healthcare system. It makes trying to schedule appointments for a loved one impossible. Newsflash, some people don't have endless hours in the day to sit on hold. Hire more people or pay them better to at least act like they care because this situation was unacceptable. I'm not looking forward to bringing my grandmother here if this is any indication of the level of care she's going to receive.
