I have received the best care from doctor Smith, doctor Afzal and doctor Nazeer. Also the staff is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and caring.

I have taken my father here for over 10 years. Through a move to a new building and a retiring doctor, they have always been great to work with. I recommended my wife to come here for test after how well they have taken care of my father. I have never encountered a rude or impatient staff member.

Dr Reuter is excellent. He listens carefully and responds to all of my concerns, always including me in the therapeutic plan. Results are promptly received.

Bunch of jerks! Ran a bunch of tests and never contacted me about my results! Claimed the info was on the portal (it isn't! There's a bunch of in-comprehensive data for one and just the name of the other, no results) and that I was emailed about them- I was NOT. The email sure works perfectly when they send you a bill however. Claimed they'd call me back, they haven't done that either. Front desk staff is very rude, and lies. Especially Jennifer. They claimed I'd canceled an appointment I'd NEVER been contacted about and had been waiting to hear back on them from for months. Avoid!!!

Upon leaving the ER, I called to schedule a first time appointment as recommended by the ER doctor. The scheduler was, at best, unfriendly and certainly had no compassion or even a desire to be helpful. Long story short, I requested to speak with the office manager, Jennifer. I have left three messages over the course of three days, without any response. However, after reading these reviews it seems this behavior is not uncommon from this staff and therefore not a place I'll consider including in my journey ahead. Although I have no knowledge of the doctors here, when they staff their office with minimally paid employees who are incapable of taking care of scheduling a simple office visit in a friendly manner or returning a call in a timely manner, it says a lot.
