Review for Dr. Ram Aligeti, Beats Cardiology, Plano I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Beats Cardiology with Dr. Ram Aligeti. Communication with this practice is practically non-existent. After undergoing extensive testing, I found that none of my heart monitoring results were available on the patient portal. This lack of documentation is concerning and unacceptable for a medical practice. Additionally, I faced severe delays in the ER as surgeons struggled to reach Dr. Aligeti for clearance for a procedure. They expressed their disbelief at the situation, stating they had never encountered such unresponsiveness before. My frustration reached a peak during a CT-angiogram test last month. I was in the machine for almost two hours, with IVs in place, while urgent calls to Dr. Aligeti's office for drug authorization went unanswered. As a result, the test had to be canceled, and I still have not received any communication or explanation from the doctor or his staff. Given these experiences, I have decided to seek a new cardiologist at Methodist. I look forward to receiving the results of my tests from April and June, hoping for the care and communication that was sorely lacking with Dr. Aligeti. I cannot recommend this practice to anyone looking for reliable and responsive cardiology care.
