Staff is too busy to help on the phone. Woman yelled at me over the phone "we're VERY busy". That's fine I understand, it's Plano. Adam is a good doctor, knowledgeable and helpful. I decided to lighten his very busy schedule and go elsewhere for my cardiac needs.
