Very stupid policy. I booked my appointment 2 weeks ago through online, and today I just went in for my annual, fasting. And when I got there they said I can't transfer my primary doctor unless my family is seeing that new doctor u want transfer. And they cannot do I anything to make me see someone today. The manger name was Nancy she basically told me if you don't like it you can change to a different clinic. This is the stupidest thing I have ever heard from a health system. Can't change to another doctor? What? Can't let me know before arrive or when I book the appointment? Just tell me you can go to a different hospital there is nothing they can do? What a joke.
