I cannot begin to speak about the hospitality that this hospital gave from the remarkable doctors and staff to the EMS driver who got me there very safely and securly , as he had on his siren and ran every red light, I enjoyed the ride and I appreciate the characters in which I honestly felt Human here I recommend if you have any insurance to come to this place where they will definitely make you feel cared for in value and also loved. They\nAlso, put your paperwork up in these really nice folders. So that you can keep your documents safe.I truly appreciate it that.

The entire staff I met at HCA Pearland - nurses, specialists, custodians, doctors - were the kindest staff I have ever met in a hospital. My dad spent 9 days in the ICU there, and eventually ended up passing there... and the compassion, empathy, care and professionalism that they showed my family was immeasurable. When I expressed my appreciation for the people working there, many of them often said that they loved working there because it was a small, community hospital. And I can see where that kind of setting allowed me to feel more comfortable during a difficult time. I will never forget the staff in the ICU who helped me make some of the hardest decisions of my life. I am eternally thankful to them for the kindess, care, and respect that they showed to my dad, and to my family, despite being very busy and having many important tasks to do, all of the time.

I had a mixed experience with HCA. While I was there for a mental health assessment months ago, the staff was literally the worst I had ever seen. No one even talked to me to asses me. I was there for three days. I was there in June my name is Nicole Loria. However, my husband's father has cancer and IJ was the best nurse he's had in almost 2 years now. We wanted to shout her out to y'all. Hopefully y'all will recognize the good ones. In the end I'm very upset with this hospital but very thankful for y'all's help.

I went to the Emergency Room tonight, I am a disabled veteran and I explained that I was not given my medication when I was discharged from the hospital. When I got to the back it was the check-in nurse. She doesn't have much experience with working with veterans. She told me I was vocal and she was doing all the talking. She told me what I was going to do or leave. I cursed at the evil within her. I explained I was heart patient and she kept talking about medication that I told her that I had not been given, since I left the hospital. So she asked me to leave and I gave her a piece of my mind. Logically I was having shortness of breath and she kept asking me about medication that the Va would not fill. She kept wanting to tell me about medication I needed and didn't get since I was discharged. She is the worse of the worst and for her I will never step foot in HCA Pearland
