Dr. Hamer began his career with an undergraduate degree from Columbia University. He then traveled across Manhattan to NYU's medical school for his M.D., and completed his education with an internship and residency at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Following his fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic, Dr. Hamer moved to Houston, where he founded SEHC in 1997.

My experience at the Crenshaw office has been great ! The wait in the waiting room is minimal. He has a highly efficient staff very attentive very polite, large waiting room lots of parking great neighborhood well lit and Dr. Hammer is very polite and helpful.
