Advanced Heart Care

My husband had a cardiac arrest in our primary care physician's office. We had his heart checked here. We were told he "just passed out. Nothing is wrong with his heart. Heart of a 17 year old." 3 months later he was having scans in Plano for another issue. They told us to go see a cardiologist. He had a widow maker and needed a triple bypass. We are still in the hospital. Beware and don't be afraid to get another opinion. Had it not been for the other issue, my husband would probably not have lived much longer

Two people sitting checking patients in and still have to stand there half and hour while they fumble through it and chit chat. Call to schedule or make appointment and always goes to voicemail. Leave a message and no one ever calls back. Bad customer service and horrible business practices.

I think this place has gone OUT OF BUSINESS. They don't answer the phone and the don't return messages. I called every day for a week to schedule an appointment with my Dr but never heard from them for an appointment. I don't think anyone works there any more.

This office diffently needs new staff. The lady at the front window was very rude to me. I came in for a Nuclear test and was told I couldn't have it due to wanting a payment. It would have been nice to have known ahead if time.I took of work to have this done. I had a a echo last week. They never told me I would have to make a payment to have the Nuclear done. I was told I owed a bill from January that I was not aware of. They could have told me last week when I was in the office. The office manager he was very hateful and started yelling at me and slammed the computer mouse on the desk. I will never go back to this office. I bet I would have not passed my test after all the stree s they caused me and how upset they had me .I just wanted to cry. How can this be professional. I'm just glad to know by other reviews that I am not the only one who feels like the staff are very rude and hateful.

You have a heart condition which is very serious. The doctors are awesome but the staff will mess that up. They're rude. They'll charge you for something that they made a mistake of. Don't call them with any stress in your voice you'll be met with snottiness . Read the other reviews and take them to a Heart. Your medication might or might not come in. Your authorization might or might not come in. But they won't hesitate to charge you for their mistakes. I trust my life with Donald Wurzburg but his staff, are not nearly of the caliber needed.
