I love coming to this facility. Everybody here treats me like royalty They make me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I've never been in a Drs office where I actually enjoy the whole experience from beginning to end.

I really can't speak much about the doc since I haven't seen him much. He did an emergency heart procedure on me in May. My first aftercare appt with him didn't amount to much because it was "new patient day" and we were shuffled through like so many cattle and basically that was it. Less than 5 minutes with the doc who never took his eyes off his computer screen. That was okay tho at the time, would save my questions for next visit. But, my next visit was canceled and rescheduled by their office. As was the following visit. Finally was able to catch him on the 4th try only to be told at check in that he was in a hurry and needed to leave. Not a good sign. Then, when the receptionist started shaking me down for 200.00 before I could see the doc, I asked why, because I pay a Co pay and insurance pays the rest. Long story short she told me 3 different things, first telling me it was for my initial visit there. When I told her that could not be, she also told me I owed money to a DIFFERENT doctor who had seen me at the hospital (you know one of those consultants who poke their head in). Anyway I asked what that had to do with my appointment with THIS doctor. She said, "they work for the same company". So what I gathered from that was even tho my insurance was paying, they intended to shake me down and hold my appts hostage for hospital charges. Would have been nice if I'd known what they had planned before traveling to get there and all the reschedules. This is sort of bizarre and I will just find another doctor. One that's not too busy to see me and whose receptionist is not tasked with shaking people down like that. I will pay my hospital charges separately on payments but won't be shook down like that at every appointment. So maybe he's a good doctor but if you can't see him or get 10 minutes with him, I guess it doesnt matter!

I have been treated by Dr Neerukonda for 15 years, maybe longer. I trust him completely. You have a great doctor.

I had a echogram ran. I was in & out through in no time But everything I go there it's I. & out AND the most important thing is you know what's happening. All your questions are answered things are explained you know what's happening & everyone is friendly helpful they are the best. I highly recommend Dr N. to everyone that needs a heart Dr. you leave with a peace of mind & nothing to fear.
