Amazing! The nurses are the absolute best! So nice and knowledgeable! The registration process was easy, and the girls were friendly and explained everything clearly.

I had an emergency room visit that was already so stressful as I was alone and terribly anxious about the process. After a short form on the ipad, I was seen quickly, the nurses, medical assistant, doctor and CAT scan personnel were friendly and professional. I am very happy with the visit and medical care I received in such a stressful situation.

Hard work, dedication, and genuine compassion made a significant difference in my recovery at Resolute Hospital New Braunfels. I was truly impressed by the teamwork, and how each nurse took the time to ensure that I felt comfortable and well cared for. It was evident that they take a personal interest in all their patients. Everybody treated me great. Registration was efficient and courteous. Preop, anestesia team, and recovery team were great. I was well informed and taken care of. Would highly recommend.

*This ends up a great review* Unfortunately I have been to this ER more than once due to my medical condition. During my previous ER visits, they were HORRIBLE experiences, so horrible I hesitated to seek help at this ER yesterday. I was experiencing chest pains consistent with a heart attack while driving. Resolute was less than half a mile away, it wasn't safe for me to drive to a different hospital and I was afraid pulling over, calling 9-1-1 to wait on an ambulance would not just be a waste of resources for someone else having an emergency, but the wait could end up having a bad outcome for me. So, with fear and hesitation, I walked into the Resolute ER, clasping my chest, faint, and in a cold sweat. The intake person was on the phone and after waiting for atleast a minute, I tossed my DL & Insurance card through the window slot, walked away saying I had to sit down before passing out, and believing it was a mistake to enter Resolute ER again. It wasn't long after that before REAL care from an entire team of intake, assistants, phlebotomists, nurses, x-ray techs, MRI techs, nurses, and doctors began taking excellent care of me. I felt safe, secure, and overwhelmingly relieved because this team of ER workers are the A team! This is the team Resolute Hospital System should model all their employees after and only have these types of people providing medical care to those who come into their ER. I wish I had grabbed a list of the names of all those who helped me. But, since I don't have their names, I want to acknowledge the woman who scooped me out of the ER waiting room and hooked me up to the intial heart monitor, the young man who escorted me to my ER room, the woman who started my IV and took my blood, the woman who took my chest x-ray, the nurse who took my MRI scan, the nurses who checked on me and assisted throughout the process, the doctor who went above and beyond to ensure I had the correct diagnosis, and the nurse who walked me out hours later- THANK YOU! I truly hope Resolute grabs my chart and recognizes each and every one of you who were on my team, if they don't, just know I won't forget the care I received from each of you.
