My first visit was on 8/25/25 and Dr. Bose prescribed a medicine to treat high BP. Four days passed, nothing was at my pharmacy, so I called and the office clerk stated, she would let someone know. Fifth day, no medicine at pharmacy. I called my pharmacy three times that day up to 4:45 pm. Still nothing. Called Dr. Bose's office, I asked for Dr. Bose to call me directly. They "could not guarantee that he would call me." Got a call from, who knows who she was - I explained I'd been waiting for the meds and needed them. I got spoken-over by the office clerk as she firmly stated, the prescription was called in on 8/27/25. My pharmacy stated none were called in by 4:45pm, Friday, 8/29/25. But, now that I experienced such non-communication, I canceled THREE upcoming appointments because of this; and now am left looking for a new cardiologist. Left high and dry.
