Dr Rubalcava's visits are always pleasant and informative. His findings, if necessary, are subjected to immediate follow-up scheduling, whether inner office or by referrals. His "bedside" manners are great; he reads his patients well. Thus, his sense of humor matches mine and my husband's.
Excellent cardiovascular medical care and analysis. Well trained and compassionate support staff. Dr. Frank Rubalcava takes the time necessary to thoroughly explain all the various options for cardio patient protocols. Dr. Rubalcava is kind and compassionate with every patient and he always delivers.
Dr Pharra has been my Dr for about 20 years I cannot express enough on how he has overseen my medical needs for me never leaving a question in answer.. always has displayed such care and compassion !! Always going over and beyond to give you the assurance that he will not stop any of his care until he will provide you with 100% answers .. ALL doctors and staff are professional, attentive and excellent. Doctors are all excellent clinicians and take their time. In the four + years I've been going to New Braunfels Cardiology I have never felt rushed or felt like I was not being cared for in the best way humanly possible. GREAT JOB EVERYONE! My husband and I have both been seeing Dr. Rubacalva for some years now and we both think he's a great cardiologist. He's very thorough ask all questions and makes sure he sends for all the test that are needed. Takes the time to explain all test results doesn't rush. We will continue to see him as long as he is in New Braunfels. The office is not the same since ownership has changed. Many of the doctors have left and many of the staff have left also. I haven't seen any effect on the care. We have to wait a bit in the room for the doctor but not too bad. Overall the care is good. Thank You
