CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - New Braunfels

Went into the ER and was admitted to then have urgent surgery. All of the nurses were fantastic, kind and caring. The doctors were great and made sure I had all the information I needed about my surgery. My family has needed to use Christus's ER a couple of times and every time they have been great. We will continute to use this hospital and their services.

Amazing hospital! My first experience and it was great considering. Staff was very attentive. Kay was funny and made my experience fun and entertaining. Bettina, Naomi, Dee and Ashley were all great and very attentive. Staff that actually listens and responds? Wild, right? Overall my experience was an easy 10/10.

Nobody wants to come to the hospital but when you do you want the best experience and outcomes. After my emergency I was well taken care of by kind and caring staff. Dr. Christiane Hennessee in particular made a scary situation for me very objective and explained all possible paths forward very clearly in a way I could understand. She then checked on my progress the following day and I could tell she genuinely cared for my health and well being. THANK YOU!

I was admitted for an ablation and it went well. Ended up staying for aI was admitted for an ablation and it went well. Ended up staying for a while for other issues as well. I was very well taken care of. I had a nurse Ashlyn, Alexandra, Nakia and Zoe We're all amazing making sure they took really good care of me! I couldn't just name one because they all three were so good. I would love to thank them for taking such good care !

I can not say enough about my experience at this hospital. I received prenatal care from Dr Smith who is absolutely amazing. I went into preterm labor on Halloween and was rushed into emergency c-section. It was terrifying but every single staff member on my care team went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe, comfortable and informed on exactly what was going on. After baby was born she had to stay in NICU for a bit and the entire nursing staff made this entire experience so wonderful. Special shout out to Arabella and Denise who took special care of my new born Isabella. This has by far been the best birthing experience I've ever had at a hospital and I have 5 kiddos. Keep up the amazing work! This kind of care is what makes a difference. I know it made a difference for us. THANK YOU THANK YOU!
